Face the reality or act ignorance?

Sometimes, I am not sure if I face the reality or act ignorance?

If I were face the reality, I can see things clearly, knowing the truth but I in the end, I will be the one that suffer..

Being ignorance? Not a better choice either.. I just running away from the truth..

I am just contradicting myself..

Maybe I should just forget about it..
